J Mate. Kappa Products Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer based in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, that consistently handles everything from the supply of copper alloy materials to processing and sales. Utilizing the properties of copper and copper alloys, we provide products for a wide range of fields, including water supply-related components, industrial machinery parts, and marine-related components. In particular, our production volume of water supply-related components is among the top in the country, and we offer a variety of products centered around water supply and hot water supply parts such as water meter upper cases, header materials, and insert metals. Our own factory is equipped with numerous processing facilities, including continuous casting equipment, centrifugal casting equipment, and the latest NC and CNC lathes. We have established a system that allows us to handle everything from the casting process to machining and finishing in-house, which strengthens our stability in quality and delivery capabilities. Based on the knowledge and know-how accumulated over many years, we provide material selection and processing proposals tailored to our customers' applications and specifications. In recent years, we have also been working on enhancing our production and management systems utilizing DX (digital transformation) to ensure stable supply and improve operational efficiency.
